For those not fully in the loop. One of the reasons this is SO damn infuriating is because it's the same director behind Golden Wind, which went by weekly without a hitch. Whatever's happening schedule-wise is Netflix's fault, and not David Productions

@NicholasLight Netflix wants people to keep subscribed to their platform. Instead of releasing weekly they try to have an unusual release schedule to earn money. Sadly this model is so bad for anime. They know Steel Ball run is a money Machine they will milk it badly without caring about show

I find it interesting that since the Switch 2 launched, most of Nintendo’s own first party output has had a lukewarm reception. I don’t think this has ever really happened before. Even in the Wii U, the few games released were still critical darlings.
A direct is sorely needed.
