Let’s use our thinking caps here. If any government thought that there’d be peace forever and not hold a proper strategic reserve then they are stupid. This is both liberal and labor. Absolute nonsense to blame just one world leader. Australia has some of the highest natural resources in the world and we don’t use them because muh green energy or something. We filled up today ⛽, price was $2.29 a litre for reg petrol, $2.49 for premium. Didn't check diesel but over $3.00 I think. That's a huge drop in price. Thanks to @AlboMP - petrol is cheaper over Easter. That will be a huge respite to many families. #auspol

@MrInKryption A total opposite workout go this is to do one push-up but have it take multiple minutes. Go down slowly for 1 minute then go up slowly for 1 minute. That will make you realize that rep number isn’t always important. 😂

@bunburyoudoujp I used to do emom and do sets of twenty for like 14 minutes but an hour is crazy. I’ll give it a shot with 5. Five seems reasonable. I can do it while working from home. Perks of running your own business.

@MrInKryption If you do one set of push-ups to failure it’s awful. But if you do 5 in 5 seconds then take 55 seconds off, 60 sets are manageable. Try it and see how far you get. Put on a podcast and give it a whirl. 😁
