We really had something to celebrate during Day 1 of new CT training! Happy Birthday to our amazing Elementary Lead CT @MsRowley410!

Today we welcomed our newest Consulting Teachers for the first day of training. New CTs dug into the Courageous Conversations Compass, the coaching cycle, the Framework for Teaching, their new leadership roles, and our compelling WHY as teachers and CTs in the PAR program.

During Monday’s staff meeting, Consulting Teachers welcomed Dr. Nakeisha Savage who led a full-day PD on anti-racist teaching and equity-focused coaching and action. #BCPSPAR #TeamBCPS @PeregoyBCPS
