Like every day trader, I've got tons of predictions on where price is going. When I sit to trade though, the 1st thing I do is throw them in trash. *All* I care about is waiting on my one setup, at zone I planned the night before, then *reacting* if it triggers. No crystal balls

Closing update #ES_F: Today's rip was caused by the same thing that causes all squeezes: A big Failed Breakdown of 6360 last evening. Targets today were 6467, 6490, 6524. 6575, 6592 next. Just hold runner for now. 6524=support. Newsletter out soon with next entries from here

Absolutely incredible follow through on last nights 6360 Failed Breakdown in #ES_F, given in yesterday's 4pm newsletter. I warned at 8am to just hold runners today with targets being 6467 (hit), 6490 (hit), 6524 (hit).
+195 points now. Bonus slate are 6575, 6592. Same supports

Mid day chop time in #ES_F now, just hold runner. Long trigger was the 6360 (Sunday/Monday low) Failed Breakdown 830pm last eve. Targets were 6467 (hit), 6490 (hit), 6524 (not yet). Supports were 6447 posted (held to the tick 1hr ago), 6413-15. 6447 remains weak, watch traps

Today's action was all done in the morning in #ES_F. 6743 was support given 8am. It held. Today's targets were 6766-70 (hit), 6793 final (hit). Bonus set were 6802 (hit), 6819
I then posted 11:30AM that 6766-70 was support, and been here for 3hrs. 6785, 6792, 6802+ above still

All the action went to the morning traders, but levels respecting perfect. 6743 was support posted 8am. It held. Targets were 6793 final (hit). 6802 (hit), 6819 (not yet) were bonus. I then posted 6766-70 was support for the dip, and we've held for hours. Same upside targets

@AdamMancini4 Got in at 621, still in. Goal this month has been to make sure I keep these runners in. I guess itโs for this kind of day. I think the most powerful part of this part of the strategy is how the runner removes FOMO completely. Itโs pretty remarkable.

We continue to run the targets in #ES_F now +80 points from the 7pm 6639 Failed Breakdown long, given before the open to newsletter readers. Today's slate of targets given at 8am were 6693 (hit), 6704 (hit), 6716-20 (hit).

Big Picture View: From December to this week, #ES_F was in a range with 6765 support. This week, it failed, and we sold. Bears control until it recovers
Plan next week: 6640 must reclaim to see 6704, 6758-65. 6588 must hold on dips (or quick trap below). Sell 6520, 6440 below 88

6682-85 recovery now sees 6693, 6700, 6716+. Same supports to downside

Its been easy trading since night in #ES_F with clean, precise moves. 6641 Failed Breakdown triggered long. 8am targets were 6716 (hit), 6738 (hit), 6758-65 (not yet). 6693 was support and we just held it exact, back to 6716, back down 6693 reclaim to rally. 6676, 6663 supports

"Building a legacy" is cringe. Over the last 200 years, it took roughly 2,000 ancestors to get you here. You have 8 great grand parents and you won't even know each of their names. You don't know your grand fathers greatest achievement or his life story. All those people and you inherited nothing. Your great grand kids won't know who you are and won't care that much. They won't experience you until you're old and done, if you're lucky. All you have is here and now, everything else is a psyop to either generate fear or anxiety.
Men will cope with "building a legacy" by working so much they never see their kids and leave a gaping hole in their hearts, just so that their grandchildren won't care about what they did.

@OnTheHooch @AdamMancini4 I've always struggled with those quick ones. I have added volume indicator to make sure volume is up and that has helped but I still struggle a little on those fast moving FBDs.

It took some time but there's our daily Failed Breakdown in #ES_F, given to readers last night 4pm. We sold off under yesterdays 6832 low, trapped bears, recovered, ran. Targets given were 6867 (hit). 6878, 6888, 6909+ bonus
This is all I do daily is wait for this setup
