What @Stablekwon tried to create was on its way to becoming a reality, but bad actors associated with fiat brought $LUNA down, @SBF_FTX using other people's funds. Do really had everyone's best interests at heart, and the OG's know this. I'll be backing him again. $ust #LUNC

Agree w/ 1 caveat: LUNA’s capital controls were always designed to tax panic-sellers to benefit high conviction staker-holders, and compensate stakers for the crash risk they took on. The LUNA community has no claim on the LUNC oracle rewards pool-it worked exactly as designed

if you make your blockchain into a bundle of contracts with "constitutions" etc., govts/courts/law enforcement will treat them accordingly--immutability is not legal cryptosystems are best treated as people opting out of a rights/duties regime into a powers/incentives regime

@stablekwon @ZeMariaMacedo thats true, but its hard to imagine a hedge fund with that much money getting themselves into a huge hole pre-terra depeg. You could throw a dart at a wall of assets and make money.
