@emmafeehan @OCallaghanCian @OCallaghanCian is correct @MudReform is asking that an Interim Regulator be put in place straightaway to ensure OMCs are fit-for-purpose in terms of governance. Wider reform can go hand-in-hand with remediation scheme legislation.

Great presentation by the MUD act reform group today highlighting the legislative issues relating to the management of multi unit developments. An issue I have raised many times in the Dáil. I will continue to push for the necessary reforms @MudReform
