I want to express my deepest sympathies to the family of Grace Lynch on the loss of their daughter. I will be engaging with ministers to make sure that anything and everything that has to be done will be done to remove these scramblers from our public roads.

The excitement over the reopening of the Library Bar, The Globe and Rí-Rá is a further sign that old stuff is the best stuff, and it shouldn't have to go away to come back again. We're in a cultural decline, which has caused a raging ache for nostalgia, and unless good things are created and established in the coming years, this is how it will be. The latter two places were massive when I was in my teens and twenties. In fact, Rí-Rá was the first nightclub I was ever in.

@DarraghOBrienTD @Dept_Transport Add the 102 t,c and a to that list..all 3 buses left school kids stranded in Sutton as all 3 were no shows. They only run at school times & drop to Baldoyle, malahide, balfgriffin, swords. Sometimes they just don’t stop & drive past the stop

A lot of people have been in contact with me about ghost buses and it’s a real frustration and annoyance for commuters. Next week I’m meeting the NTA and the operators about this issue so that in the areas where these buses aren’t turning up, we’re going to see improvements.
