Honestly this is my biggest problem with the one-size-fits-all approach to parenting advice: it's too generic, and ignores where YOUR child actually is developmentally. Not just their age, but their context, temperament, and family dynamics. 🧵

My biggest gripe about the “toddler” focused gentle parenting experts is that they fail to distinguish between behaviors that we should tolerate in an 18 month old vs a 4 year old

@venturetwins @a16z Love this. Having a newborn + tracking data manually for her, there seems to be an open space to better streamline how we integrate growth and development details in order to get more out of AI during the journey. Currently using 6 different apps to do that.
