Has anyone else struggled to get their refund back from @MyiStoreSA? It’s been over two years now, and I’m still waiting. At this point, I’ve probably spent more money following up with them than the amount they actually owe me. This is beyond frustrating.

1/10: Bought an Apple iPad Air M3 from @iStoreSA Pavilion in Durban in October 2025 as a birthday gift for a young man's remote internship (social media management, editing, music & beta testing). It overheated immediately while charging & stopped at 93-94% battery. Procreate was the only program downloaded and he watched a bit of Youtube. Unusable & scary! Returned within less than a week, but they're refusing a full refund & slapping a 20% "handling fee."
