@MyiStoreSA I am super disappointed with the service I have recieved from iStore Kolonade. It's been 2 weeks since I applied for business contract with no response.I went there and they started fighting about who should do my application no feedback todate!

Been through the worst claim ever with the cellphone insurance by @MyiStoreSA zero out of ten. Would never recommend them.

1/10: Bought an Apple iPad Air M3 from @iStoreSA Pavilion in Durban in October 2025 as a birthday gift for a young man's remote internship (social media management, editing, music & beta testing). It overheated immediately while charging & stopped at 93-94% battery. Procreate was the only program downloaded and he watched a bit of Youtube. Unusable & scary! Returned within less than a week, but they're refusing a full refund & slapping a 20% "handling fee."
