@NDYRepublicans
The official X account of the North Dakota Young Republicans 🇺🇸 The Future Is Ours.

Christ is risen from the dead, and with him, we too rise to new life! This Easter proclamation embraces the mystery of our lives and the destiny of history, reaching us even in the depths of death. #Easter

We have launched the LARGEST door-knocking operation in North Dakota history. This week, Executive Director @RealPrichard joined @AP4Liberty to discuss the 2026 battle plan for liberty in North Dakota.

Quick little peek into the NDYR merch drop happening at our gala tonight. Heavyweight cropped tee with our secondary logo. Hope yaw like it.

Recently the @NDYRepublicans hosted their annual State Convention in Bismarck. Our Midwest Regional Chair @KyleSchroederWI had the opportunity to join the NDYRs to share updates from the National organization. They have a clear vision of what needs to be done to win and win big in 2026. They have been a leading force in NoDak and will continue leading the way in America’s Peace Garden State!

Citizens Alliance of North Dakota is suing the state to protect free speech. We’ve filed a federal lawsuit challenging ND’s “corrupt practices” law (NDCC § 16.1-10-04) — a vague statute that criminalizes political speech deemed “false, deceptive, or misleading.” This law has been a weapon for establishment RINOs to silence conservative voices: ➡️ In August 2025, convicted Rep. Jason Dockter sent a cease-and-desist letter over our billboard exposing his ethics violations. ➡️ Former Rep. Jeremy Olson threatened litigation after we revealed his sexual assault on a legislative staffer. ➡️ Back in 2024, accusations under this statute flew when we highlighted Rep. Todd Porter's support for sex transition surgeries on kids and Rep. Pat Heinert's vote for explicit images in elementary schools. These attacks show how the vague, overbroad rule chills free speech and forces patriots to self-censor. The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals already struck down similar laws in 2014's 281 Care Committee v. Arneson, proving core political speech can't be criminalized. Our lawsuit argues this statute fails strict scrutiny and harms far more than it helps. We're seeking declaratory judgment, injunctive relief, and damages under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 to end this threat once and for all.
