@obamasucks1776 @Maga4liberty I agree. The problem is too much government spending. If you confiscated all the billionaire's net worth, not only would 100's of thousands of people lose their jobs, but it would cover the government's deficit spending for less than 4 years.

@RepMarkPocan National defense is government responsibility per the constitution. Happy to argue about the cost. Why have so many bases in other countries? Basic needs include national defense, laws to protect individual rights, & enforcement of them.

@MatrixMysteries I had a hard time understanding her. Did she say she makes less than $1200/month working full time? I live in one of the lowest cost of living states in the country, Kansas, and entry-level fast-food jobs pay $12/hr is over $2000/month. and apartments go for $850/month.

“I work full-time everyday and still live in my CAR.” She works full-time, but rent prices are so high that having a job no longer qualifies her for a home. Her paycheck doesn’t buy stability — it only buys time between parking lots. America has turned HOUSING into a luxury.

@1WhiteRabbitt The 1st statement is true in the sense that in socialism there is no incentive to work hard & you are not allowed to be wealthy except for the people in the government. The 2nd statement is false. You get wealth by producing it, not theft.

You would have to confiscate about 21 % of the net worth of all the billionaires to eliminate the deficit for 1 year. You would have to take even more the 2nd year. Not enough money left by year 3. Their companies bankrupt.

@Maga4liberty The total net worth of US billionaires is $8.1 Trillion. $4.4 Trillion is over 50% of their net worth, not 5%. 5% would be $405 Billion, not even close to eliminating the annual deficit of $1.687 trillion. Not enough money to increase spending.

@thedaywar90 He shut down the economy due to Covid. He later let people to go back to work. The 15 million jobs were not new. He caused inflation to skyrocket. The affordability crisis today is due to him. He did not cut the deficit. Pre-Covid under Trump, 2018 VS Biden in 2022:

Biden didn’t destroy the Rose Garden. He rebuilt the economy, created over 15 million jobs, cut the deficit, lowered insulin costs, and passed historic climate & infrastructure bills. His conscience is clear and so is his record. Do you agree with me? Yes Or No
