Appears @VictorMarx did in fact withdraw his signature petitions from the SOS. This is not common. This indicates he was trying to save himself the embarrassment of not having acquired the necessary numbers required for ballot access.
He did achieve enough of the vote at assembly, but was already humiliated by not gaining enough to be top line on the ballot. Congratulations to @ScottBottomsCO Bottoms who achieved 45% of the delegate vote over Marx’s 38%.
