@OKMoibiltyCorp Why are you replying to this now? The problem was 10 months ago and it seemed at the time you blocked me on X now you are asking. I resolved the situation eventually with your staff but the overall experience caused me to buy a car locally to avoid rental cars.

@sunglassguru @OKMobilityCorp You are not alone. I had €560 removed from my card with no explanation. Asked why eventually got photos of alleged damage. Sent back immediately pictures showing it was pre existing. Have now been ignored on email and instagram for a week. What is the problem @OKMobilityCorp ?

@bookingcom @OKMobilityCorp We would like our refund and our deposits back for the bookings we made. It’s appalling customer service and the experience has been very disappointing which ruined the last 4 days of our holiday. I will not be using nor recommending you again.

ATTENTION! NEVER EVER BOOK A CAR AT @OKMobilityCorp OKMobility!! We are so fooled by @OKMobility at València airport last Saturday. They took €460 from my creditcard for a damage under the bumper.

@OKMobliityCorp Scammer beware!!! Since the 8th June I have repeatedly requested a refund for a €300 hire that was booked for a midnight collection. Nobody from @OKMobilityCorp were there at the time and they have charged me the full amount. Order No. 8312762
