We booked 2 resorts and a car hire, 2 of the bookings were awful and the customer service for trying to resolve these issues were disgusting. First trip in 10yrs ruined.

We would like our refund and our deposits back for the bookings we made.
It’s appalling customer service and the experience has been very disappointing which ruined the last 4 days of our holiday.
I will not be using nor recommending you again.
@bookingcom I have read your dms and also had a phone call from your supposed booking.com supervisors who are asking me to download an app to reimburse me which I believe is a scam.

I want someone with authority and permission to deal with this matter.
I’ve been told I would get someone contacting me and still waiting after 7 days.
@7BeccaBooking Hi becca, we have already spoken to 10-15 colleagues at booking.com which has been ongoing for 7 days. Ruining our last 4 days of our holiday and 3 days at home trying to get a resolution on this matter.
@bookingcom avoid using this company.
They have treated us with very little respect after spending a fortune using their company to book our holiday through which we thought would be stress free.
How we were wrong! Zero comms and no resolution. Thanks for ruining our holiday!
