If you are a solopreneur or a small business owner, make sure you have a designated window for a strategic break. Research shows that as little as a 5-min breath-focused meditation break can significantly improve cognitive performance. You have the flexibility to design your workday. Use it as best you can.

@stijnnoorman So motivation to read! Been fighting for 2 years now to get my business of the ground. Definitely other people are smarter and better than me. But I have the consistency. I will make it work at some point

People may be smarter. People may be more talented. People may be better looking. But you can decide to be more disciplined than them. Choose to be more disciplined and you will still beat them.

Great reminder. Unfortunately I think alot of people in todays world might experience both. Under slept due to constant stimulation, and fatigued due to toxins, bad food, sedentary bahavior ond chronich stress. For me, the answer was viewing my brain and an energy consuming muscle

There’s a difference between being tired and being fatigued. Tired = you need sleep. Fatigued = your system is off (nutrients, hormones, stress, or recovery). If 7–8 hours of sleep doesn’t fix it, it’s not a sleep problem. It’s a deeper signal your body is trying to send you.

@Abigail7866 If you can wake up somewhat early and not look at the phone for the first hour, that alone will change your life. Then add in 2 hours deep work (again with your phone of) and do that consistently. Then you will be unstoppable!

@drgurner Love this framework! Something to think about when we consider what money and wealth really is, and when we evaluate our goals in life..

@LeddyLLC Movement is absolutely foundation for our being. unfortunately our modern life is designed to promote more sedentary life than ever.. So its on us to take steps to actively counter that

Movement is medicine. Not because it burns calories. Because it lowers inflammation, regulates blood sugar, improves mood, enhances sleep quality, and keeps your hormonal system functioning the way it was designed to. The gym is optional, consistent daily movement is not.

@TTrimoreau Good question. I would say nothing actually. At the end of the day, everything can be copied. So constant development and adoption is needed for long term success

Unpopular opinion: Rest is more important than work. Most people believe they need to work 14 hours a day to succeed. They are wrong. There are three possible outcomes: 1. You work endlessly and get nowhere. Effort without direction or recovery leads to burnout, not success. Some people give everything… and still end up with nothing. 2. You succeed - but too late. Years of hard work finally pay off. But at what cost? You’re exhausted, disconnected, and have no energy left to enjoy it. You reached the goal - but missed your life. 3. You understand the power of rest. You don’t just work hard - you recover hard. You know when to push and when to step back. Because rest isn’t weakness. It’s strategy. It allows you to think clearly, move with intention, and sustain your energy long-term. You don’t burn out. You build momentum. Pausing doesn’t mean losing. It means preparing to win again.

15 ways to de-stress (because scrolling doesn't work): • Breathe. • Hydrate. • Go outside. • Stretch slowly. • Walk for 5 minutes. • Tidy one small space. • Do 10 slow pushups. • Take a warm shower. • Listen to one full song. • Write down what’s stressing you. • Brain dump everything on your mind. • Read 2 pages of something calming. • Text someone you genuinely care about. • Sit in silence and do absolutely nothing. • Ask yourself what you actually need right now.

It's easy to get ahead of ourselves and want more out of a situation. Don't forget to look back at where you first started and take note of the wins. There's your source of inspiration to keep going.

Your vulnerability with a person determines your relationship success. If you do not love yourself first. You will avoid intimacy. Be compassionate with yourself by keeping your heart open Breathe into the fear and tell yourself, My insecurities are not real. I am enough.
