I don't really know what to do anymore so I'm taking my chances here so @Ubisoft @UbisoftSupport can maybe do something about it since their official way does nothing for me. Any help and retweets are really appreciated so maybe it gets enough attention for them to actually care.

which I've owned and used now for a very long time. There also was a period where my account was hacked/compromised and Ubisoft refused to do anything about it until months later some random day I got an email saying my account was reset.

So on the 12.12.2025 my R6 account has been banned for breaching ToS with the reasoning "Connection to a banned/suspended account". I've now tried multiple times to appeal this ban but they rejected it every time or just instantly closed the ticket and didn't answer anything.
