Hi all, just wanted to let everyone know that today is my last day at @MEonBTC. I am honored to have helped launch and build atop the ordinals and runes marketplaces, and was truly a roller coaster ride with all of you in the BTC community. I apologize that I was ultimately unable to get Spark trading at Magic Eden launched, but rest assured that I am still 100% committed to the BTC ecosystem. That is why I am proud to announce that after some time off to rest and recover I will be joining @ethannmarcus at @flashnet as head of engineering! I am in it for the long haul, and hope you all continue to follow me into the ultimate vision of BTC dominance in web3 and beyond :)

How I see a revival in the BTC ecosystem: Engage with the innovative projects that are scaling Bitcoin. This is Bitcoin after all & some really cool stuff is in Beta or awaiting launch. Innovation attracts new users. Who doesn’t want to join innovation on Bitcoin? From there people can discover things such as Art on Bitcoin, which 99.8% of the crypto space still doesn’t know exists. I’ll grind until we have dominance here. $ Multi Trillion asset shouldn’t have a $1billion ecosystem. $20 billion minimum. Maybe higher.

I wanted to share an update for the Bitcoin community. We've made the difficult decision to end the development of our new launchpad & DEX built on Spark. This decision is solely driven by tough tradeoffs we had to make as we are going all in and shifting resources to unrelated projects that we will announce soon (stay tuned). We remain huge believers in Spark's technology and team and are still planning to support the protocol in our future products.
