A minute's silence has been held in the Spanish holiday resort of Salou, after a British brother and sister - aged 11 and 13 - drowned in the sea. Local reports say they were swimming with their father, who tried to save them. He was said to be "in a state of exhaustion" when he was rescued. @richardgaisford reports.
