@phadley22 You are able to untick the SMS boxes and therefore not receiving parking confirmation or end of parking session reminders. The SMS message costs are also mentioned on the Parkonomy signs. If you wish to contact us directly we are available at helpdesk.parkonomy.com

@Parkonomyweb automatically ticking the SMS OPTIONS is not really an option if automatically doing it for them! People are in a rush, having to download your app etc … you are ripping people off by doing this!

@Parkonomyweb just parked at Stockport and now trying to pay. Your website won’t accept my reg plate (no reason not to), the App doesn’t exist on the App Store and your phone line doesn’t take calls. So I’m unable to pay. What can I do? I don’t want a ticket, already on train

@Parkonomyweb I believe your mobile website has a UI bug when swiping left/right to select a vehicle for payment. I paid for parking recently and received a charge from the operator because the wrong vehicle was selected. I showed them the invoice but they’re still pursuing.
