The push and role clarity/consistency has done a lot for Carmelo Hayes’ body language and confidence. He was faking it till he made it in 2024 (which is what you gotta do in this business) and now he walks out feeling like the man and he is the man. I don't think that's happening Modern day teams have almost an obsession with role clarity and rightfully so There are immense pros of role clarity in a team And I don't think they'll change Grace's role if they've already asked her to do a particular job
