@InterwebsChris @floor_per_area Elasticity of supply/demand is important here. Manhattan has the highest opportunity cost of land of basically anywhere so if people can economize on parking it's good (e.g carpooling or just being more thoughtful of them parked)

@RFishBlueFish I'm personally skeptical of Talerico bc it doesn't seem like he's actually moderate on *anything*? Yeah voters are more religious than Democrats (on avg) so pivoting to religion makes sense but doing so as basically a Unitarian Universalist is missing the point imo

People who want fully AI doctors are gunna be pretty upset when they realize that AI will order far LESS testing than human doctors. US docs orders far more labs, imaging than most other countries (often not indicated or for fear of malpractice). And you won’t be able to talk an AI doc into getting a test to ease your concerns like you could a human.

He needs to start doing world-leader Botox/filler like Bibi, Putin, and Biden. Nothing dramatic. Just a few units in the frontalis for the horizontal forehead lines, a little in the glabellar complex for the frown lines, and maybe the lightest touch of filler in the tear trough/nasojugal groove. A diplomatic refresh. He’d be a new man by Thursday.
