What a great turn out on March 21,2026 for Anthony Phillips Mt. Airy townhall & 9th districts Resource Day.

Shout out to “Dickerson Square Civic Association”. They’ve been great partners with Clip for 5 years utilizing our CPP program for supplies & trash collections. They continue to do great things in and around the South Philly community.

The meeting was the second in the series of 9th Councilmatic Town Hall Meetings. The location was Houseman Recreation Center in Summerdale. The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 4, 2026, 6:00pm – 7:30 pm located at James R. Lowell Elementary School 450 W. Nedro Ave.

The 9th Councilmatic District Town Hall Series is back! After a successful block meeting series, Councilman Anthony Phillips' office is excited to continue showing up, staying connected and making sure neighbors have direct access to city agencies and the services and information that they provide. CLIP believes in a responsive government that neighbors can see, touch, and feel. That means bringing the worker/action directly into the community. Join Coucilman Phillips and us for the 2nd town hall meeting of the series on Thursday, February 26th from 6 PM to 7:30 PM at Houseman Recreation Center(5091 Summerdale Ave ). We want to hear your questions, concerns, and ideas, and we look forward to seeing you there!

Hey guys please see attached photos of the youth that participate with the “Klean Kensington” organization. The youth receive a small stipend as well as learning teamwork and taking civil for their community. Please note the picture of the sun setting behind one of the volunteers after a long day of hard work. Their team is led by Emerald Sky Martez, she gives many thanks for Clip’s support with suppling tools and trash removals even when it’s last minute. (Thanks Larry)

Hey guys “Klean Kensington” Organization has been supported by our CPP program for many years. This year their focused cleanup efforts extended from G. St. & Hilton Shelbourne to Madison St. Volunteers collected and removed more than 20 bags of trash making a big impact to the neighborhood. Their teamwork demonstrates the positive outcomes made possible through sustained CPP support.

We had a fantastic time at Frankford Community Development Day this weekend! With over 30 amazing vendors, we were truly honored to be part of such a vibrant event. It’s always uplifting to see the community come together—especially on such a beautiful day. A huge thank you to @frankfordcdc for organizing this incredible day!

In the fiscal year of 2025, CLIP’s graffiti abatement team has removed 165,917 illegal displays of graffiti from properties and street fixtures. This brings the total number of graffiti abatements to 1,650,801 since 2014. Thank you to our GAT here at CLIP. No trash and recycling collections tomorrow, Monday, September 1. Residents should set materials out one day late this week. There are NO second collections this week in areas that receive twice a week trash pickup.

🧹🚛Another Clean Sweep! 🧹🚛 Our crews tackled this with full force—hedges trimmed, overgrown weeds removed, and unwanted brush cleared. Now oncoming motorist have a clear line of sight on the 2700 block of Willits Rd.

Yesterday @PPDEastService performed a blitz in the @PPD24Dist and @PPD25Dist with @PhilaParking @PhilaSanitation and @PhillyCLIP.
