It’s very hard to persuade patients - to self pay for physiotherapy with they are insured But super frustrating that quite a few of the best physios i work with (outside of London) and want to utilise won’t see Bupa patients - understandably - because of the remuneration rates & red tape PMIs - do better please 🤯🤯🤯

@DrJN_SportsMed Love this 😂 had someone do exactly the same when I called a completely different name. Again took 15 mins then I realised my 30 year old patient didn’t match the 58year olds date of birth and thought you look very good for your age but lucky they stepped in before I did haha

Lesson learnt today - Always state patients surname when calling from waiting room Just spent 15 mins telling ‘Sarah X’ about her PFJ OA Until she tells me she’s not ‘Sarah X’ TBF she now knows a lot more about PFP than 15 mins ago
