I’ve no problem with President Trump buying Greenland if that ends up being the will of Greenlanders and if Denmark agrees. I see the strategic sense for America. But if the US tries to take it by force, then that’s indefensible, the end of NATO, and probably his presidency.

🇩🇰🇬🇱 DENMARK JUST SENT MORE TROOPS TO GREENLAND A bunch of Danish soldiers are heading to Greenland today, and not just a few. They're calling it a “substantial increase.” The head of the Danish army will go too. Source: CNN

@MarioNawfal In 100 years kids will look at the map like 'Greenland? Oh yeah that's just been American since forever, same as Alaska.' We bought one frozen giant in 1867, why not round two? 🇺🇸

Trump on Greenland: If we do not do it the easy way, we will do it the hard way. By the way, I am a fan of Denmark. The fact they had a boat land there 500 years ago does not mean they own the land. We will be doing something with Greenland—the nice way, or the more difficult way

You still have a choice in the United States. Stop this now, or watch the country you believe you are protecting take damage that does not heal. If Trump forces a move on Greenland, this does not stay symbolic. It becomes a clean break with Europe. And once that line is crossed, there is no reset button. Alliances fracture. America’s ability to operate across the Atlantic collapses. This is how a war no one expected begins. Not with Russia. Not with China. But between the United States and Europe, two nuclear armed powers that were never supposed to face each other as adversaries. The moment Europe is treated as something to be coerced instead of lived with, the post war order dies. And when that happens, old calculations change fast. Russia does not sit on the sidelines forever. Cut off from the West for years, Moscow has one overwhelming incentive: regain access to European markets, capital, and legitimacy. A United States at odds with Europe creates that opening. Aligning with Europe becomes economically rational. The map flips. The assumptions people grew up with collapse. And while the West tears itself apart, China does not panic. China advances. Asia becomes the real battlefield, and a distracted, isolated United States finds itself stretched across two fronts with fewer allies and less leverage than it has ever had. People keep thinking history ends gently. It does not. It ends when enough reckless decisions stack up and no one pulls the brake in time. That moment is closer than most Americans want to admit. You still have a choice. Stop this now. Or watch the world you assume is stable break in ways that cannot be undone.

🚨 HOLY CRAP. President Trump indicates America WILL take Greenland - it will either be the "easy way" or the "HARD WAY" "We are GOING to do something on Greenland, whether they like it or not!" "If we don't do it the easy way, we're going to do it the hard way!" 🔥🔥 "If we don't do it, Russia or China will take over Greenland, and we're not going to have Russia or China as a neighbor, okay?"

🇬🇱🇺🇸🇩🇰 DENMARK: OUR TROOPS WILL FIRE IMMEDIATELY IF AMERICA INVADES GREENLAND, NO ORDERS NEEDED Denmark just confirmed a Cold War-era military rule is still active: if anyone invades Greenland, Danish soldiers must open fire immediately without waiting for orders. The 1952 regulation states forces "must immediately take up the fight without waiting for or seeking orders" in the event of an attack. The Danish defense ministry told reporters this week that the rule "remains in force." This comes as Trump has repeatedly threatened to take Greenland by force, calling it essential to U.S. national security. Press Sec Karoline Leavitt said Tuesday that military action is "always an option." European allies are now holding urgent talks on how to respond to a possible U.S. attack on NATO territory. One NATO member potentially shooting at another? Unprecedented doesn't begin to cover it. Source: Telegraph

The White House is confirming U.S. military operations in Venezuela tonight. Let us be clear: these strikes are illegal. The President does not have the authority to declare war or undertake large-scale military operations without Congress. Congress must act to rein him in. Immediately.

Without authorization from Congress, and with the vast majority of Americans opposed to military action, Trump just launched an unjustified, illegal strike on Venezuela. He says we don’t have enough money for healthcare for Americans—but somehow we have unlimited funds for war??

Nicolás Maduro was not a good guy. His brand of socialism and authoritarian rule devastated Venezuela and crushed democratic institutions. There’s no serious argument that the country is better off under his leadership. Venezuela deserves democracy. But believing that does not mean the US gets to break international law, ignore Congress, and unilaterally overthrow the government of a sovereign nation to “police the world.” So a simple question for MAGA: Are you still against regime change and endless U.S. intervention abroad, or was that principle only convenient before Trump did it? You don’t get to oppose imperial overreach in theory and cheer it in practice when your guy is the one pulling the trigger.
