@MLS @WhitecapsFC Was this because he was injured or because he got a red and can’t go on the pitch?

Nice find, Don. I rarely use X anymore for obvious reason (yuck!) but do peek occasionally to pick up your nice shares.

In #COPD, which is the more important risk factor? Age, gender, genetics, or environment? By far the #exposome is the MOST important driver of #COPD. This includes (obviously) smoking, air pollution and other exposures. rdcu.be/eaJlS

Woke up once in a cold sweat thinking I’d become a specialist in lymphatic hydraulics. So let me own that. Please — even if someone else asked you first, would mean a lot to me. (this is my first post in, like, a long time. It means that much. . .)

Notice the #specialties with the lowest professional fulfillment are generally #medical or #pediatric or in the frontline of patient care (e.g. #ER, #GP). This is because it is really hard work, modest pay, paperwork and often get a lot of BS from admin, hosp and even pts.

1 in 3 academic physicians report they are considering leaving their institution within 2 years. Burnout and lack of professional fulfillment were associated with intention to leave; a comprehensive approach will be needed to reduce physician turnover. ja.ma/3GKmRKN
