Bybit 账户无故被封，官方渠道形同虚设，至今无人处理！联系人工无人人工客服，提交工单无人回应，x上面有客服联系我，昨天把uid发送给她们，现在还没有消息回复我，5.28封禁账户，我提交了很多次工单，只有一封邮件回复我，让我等待7.15号预计审核，只是预计不知道还能不能审核，@Bybit_Official

It is completely contradictory to enforce UK sanctions to freeze innocent Asian P2P merchants over an HTX connection.

Category 1 (Fully Restored): Platforms that have fully restored all accounts and funds, enabling completely normal trading and seamless fund transfers with HTX, include: Binance, OKX, Gateio, Coinbase, etc. Category 2 (Partially Restored): Platforms where accounts and legacy balances have been unfrozen and returned to normal, but newly deposited funds remain unprocessed or restricted, include: Bybit, Kraken, etc. (My personal Kraken account is currently in this state). Recent UK crypto sanctions seem to be a bit of an overreach. Wonder if it will ever get to the point where it’s ignored because HTX address tainting onchain has been catastrophic. In the past sanctions were done and those crypto businesses typically had a high % of illicit activity (Huione, Blender, Hydra, etc). While Justin Sun may be a controversial name HTX has a decent number of Asia retail users. Basically now I’ve had to ignore the sanctions category when tracing cases by exposure since “risk” itself has become meaningless. Also compliance tools are a bit flawed and do not differentiate pre & post sanctions activity well. Meanwhile I have a legit $1.25B laundering case by an illicit actor the UK completely failed to detect. Given UK incompetence historically in crypto cases it’s not surprising to see them sanction HTX and miss the actual violations…..
