@BestBuy@BestBuySupport Is there anyone who can possibly explain why even with geek squad protection, after 6 months I still don’t have a working refrigerator? 2 compressors, a bunch of medication thrown away… the last compressor is just sitting on my kitchen floor.
@Bitdefender How do I turn it off from bitdefender central though, so I don't have to go to every single computer and adjust those settings? I have been trying to go through support and the reply has been "deal with it". If there's a central control panel, why can't it centrally control ads?

@Bitdefender I signed up for bitdefender central - which contains anti-spam components - why can't I turn off the pop-up ads from Bitdefender via the web interface? Are there plans to allow users to centrally disable the advertising and constant reinstallation of bitdefender vpn?
@autodesk how do we get ahold of academic support in a timely manner? We're having licensing and activation issues resulting in class cancellations and we're averaging 13 days to get a response to each message via support requests.
@autodesk Campus workstations just dumped their 3ds max licenses and support said it'll be 24 hours to hear anything back. Nobody can learn in 3ds max class in the interim - can you provide any info?
