Please can someone explain why (other than to make money for TFL) the ULEZ starts at the entrance to Heathrow? Nothing to do with air quality. Coupled with the rip off £6 drop off tax (£1 of that is VAT) I have just spent £18.50 to drop off my daughter. Five minutes it took!

When people who’ve never really thought about the shape of the world hear “flat earth “, they immediately envisage Image 1 - a flat disc flying through space - and Image 2 - ships sailing over the “edge”. Anyone who’s properly looked into it quickly discovers that it looks more like Images 3 & 4. There’s no ‘outer space’; the sun, moon and stars are much more local than we’ve been taught; there’s a barrier/firmament; the earth is an enclosed system; there are waters above and waters below.
