No interest in actually solving the issue just generic answers like reset/re-install, or they proceed in blaming the #apple product memory. They say you need about 10-15 gb I have over 200gb available. @AppleSupport investigate plzz

@_Celeeno Hey there! ICYMI - we updated the app to include exactly this feature! You can now use Eyedropper on your Active Layer, regardless of blending mode 🙌

@Procreate Please add the option to make the eyedropper sample only the real colors of the current layer regardless of the blending mode. It was first suggested 8 years ago and it's one of the most requested features in the whole folio site with 5 pages of comments...

@Procreate Any update on the bucket tool referencing multiple layers (reference AND other layer), bucket tool causing a darker filling of colors when used on existing colors regardless of any other layers or blend modes or the ability to swipe between multiple reference images?

@Procreate The pinch and pull method seemed enough for layer selection. Maybe some cloud storage to access projects across devices including pocket

@Easterhandz At the moment you're only able to activate the Active Layer Eyedropper with another finger, but we will note down your vote for a toggle 💜

procreate keeps freezing

@yagaloskie @AppleSupport @Apple We'd like to help! As initial troubleshooting hasn't resolved this, please DM us and let us know if you remember any tools involved and if this is happening with a specific canvas 🙏 This should help us narrow in on the issue.

@Procreate ***App does not stop freezing and crashing. Can you guys actually fix the problem instead of having your developers telling individuals to perform resets/re-installing the app/ making sure we have enough memory. APP HAS A BUG.. @AppleSupport @Apple refusing to help

@jamilypr @Agent00DICE Did the force restart help at all, Milo? To check for other causes, head to iPad settings > Accessibility > Motion and confirm that Reduce Motion is off. Let us know how you go!
