@bookingcom been stood outside a property for the last 30 minutes with a freezing cold 2 year old with no info on check in.tried to called property 37 times and messaged with no help
@SHEIN_Official ordered an item ypu sent something completely different. Went to customer service and all it says us resolved wrong item sent. So what happens now
@ASOS ive ordered something off your site for a xmas present. Will the refund policy be extended for xmas? Im now worried that if it does fit or the person doesnt like it i wont be able to return as its longer than 28days

@Tesco youve cancelled my order an hour before im due to collect. I have a 7month old baby so cant just pop into a shop to pick these buts up and there was baby supplies on that shopping.
1. So angry with @AldiUK Order an armchair on 13/6 waited in on 22/6 for them to deliver the wrong item only similarity was it was grey! Had to then wait in on 25/6 for it to be collected before they would reorder the correct item. Collection was scheduled for 10-1

@AldiUK just shocking customer service. Online delivery gone wrong. FaIlure to deliver goods. I have called a total of 6 times, promised to send correct order, this failed also. Promised to send Evri to pick up incorrect order, another failure to follow through. Help !!!!
3. @AldiUK contacted the so called 'customer service team' for them to tell me i now have to wait 72 hours so they can try get hold of the delivery company!!! So ive already wasted 3 whole days and still dont have my item or and kind of apology
