Most people overcomplicate sales. At the end of the day you are solving a problem for someone. Figure out their problem, show them you can fix it, and ask for the business. That’s it.

@1ssve Sales is one of those career paths where that can happen. I know some incredible reps who chose to stay at a rep level and most of them are making more than their managers.

VERY unpopular opinion: It’s okay to NOT want to be a manager. You can have a fulfilling career and never manage a single person.

One you get back and make 300k (roughly) but also an asset that you no longer pay monthly payments to. It’s not dumb to buy a house. But it’s not as great as people think it is. I’ll give you that.

@SkolCoug @RichDadPoorrDad Good point. Appreciation is real. And I never said rent forever, every one’s situation is different! I just think most people don’t account for how much interest eats into those gains, especially early in the loan.
