@TaraGranahan Looks like a clear example of a failed mental health system. As for someone stepping in, it is sad how scared some are and even sadder how fast some will adopt the "mob mentality" and just standby. SOMEONE could have pulled the emergency stop or called 911 at the very least.

Yesterday, the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs announced they would be disestablished & would take their land out of trust.
