@DoorDash_Help 4 days since we discovered @doordash was allowing a fraudulent person to steal our business identity and rob our customer of their money and they are STILL accepting orders and have not removed our restaurant from their platform. #fraud #doordashscam

We spoke to a customer service rep for an hour after getting hung up on once by an “escalation specialist” they assured us that the restaurant has been removed and that the customers who ordered food today will be refunded

This is a very disturbing fraud attempt that apparently @doordash isn’t going to do anything about? @DoorDash_Help

But we are still having drivers come in to pick up orders that we never received, again because we are NOT merchants and have never been merchants of @doordash

@doordash is currently allowing a fraudulent person to use our restaurant as a merchant and rob our customers. DO NOT order from us using @doordash your order and money is NOT going to us. This is NOT our phone number.
