Sen. Tim Sheehy discusses the JAIL Act—Judicial Accountability for Irresponsible Leniency—a bill he introduced to hold soft-on-crime judges accountable:
"These judges need to be held accountable. Many of them have lifetime bench appointments; it's very hard for them to be held accountable in any way...These criminals who are repeatedly let out on the street with no accountability and then reoffend, there has to be a mechanism to hold these judges accountable for the death and destruction that their decisions have caused. This is going to do that."
The JAIL Act would allow for civil action against judges and other government entities who release violent criminals without bail.

7 H-1B visa workers were supposed to be working on site at the Innovative Data Analytics Group LLC in Plano, Texas.
This particular company stood out because they had no website, which is odd for a company with a bunch of software engineers.
When looking for suite 78, hoping to find these H1-B workers working on site, she instead finds that it is just a mailbox.
She proceeds to go to the residential address of the owner, only to get no answers. The owner was speechless and had no idea where the workers were either.
The amount of fraud that is being uncovered is insane, it only makes you wonder how much more are we not seeing.

And obviously not failing, though some blogs and reports want you desperately to believe otherwise. Contrary to all these eatery blogs and car blogs that say the Tesla Diner is a flop, a failure, a disaster, that is not true, as so many things that are often written about Tesla. There are car blogs that devote all their time to taking down Tesla. I went to the Diner on Friday April 3 and Saturday April 4. I estimate that on both days 90+ percent of the chargers (of the 80 Superchargers) were being used. By that metric alone, the Diner is a success. Yes, I’ve been inside the Diner when it’s slow. But as a Supercharger location with the option to grab a snack it’s a success. It seems that the ulterior motive of some “reviews” is to bash Elon Musk and tell you what a bad, bad man he is. That doesn’t give the reader an honest evaluation of the Tesla Diner as a great charging destination, which, again, is its primary purpose for the vast majority of visitors. It's extremely clean. If you want to come to a pristine place to eat, the Tesla Diner is it."
