@blinds2go @Blinds2goHelp I have an issue with the blinds that were sent. I paid extra for the measurement insurance. But now they won't help me. Advisors hanging up on me when I call them for support. Scandalous behaviour from this company.

@blinds2go been cut off 4 times whilst trying to sort out a product return. Each time having to go through my issue with the Chat bot. Staff joining the chat and not responding. Numerous messages left and no response. Is it too much just to talk to someone that can help me?.

@verdihi Since Nov 22 I've waited for the guttering on my conservatory to be fitted properly. 3 occasions workers have come out after I've had to chase it up myself. Each time they've said that they've been given the wrong piece of guttering to do the job. This is unacceptable

@SpotifyCares I want to change my payment date. I was told I need to close my premium account and reopen it on the date I want. Will I lose all my playlists etc if I do this???
