Looks like ESPN has corrected itself. FG for Ole Miss and then they somehow got a safety off a blocked kick? Either way. The fact ESPN seemingly manufactured an entire Georgia drive starting on the Ole Miss 28 and getting a FG honestly makes me very curious about how that happens

As someone who is not watching this Ole Miss vs Georgia game live and am instead watching the ESPN app updates come through I am beyond confused and have no clue what has happened....

It’s not a stretch at all to acknowledge it was Miami’s win over ND that got them in contention for a spot in the playoff, especially after losing to 2 unranked teams. Further, that ND was on Miami’s schedule at all is directly attributable to the scheduling arrangement between ND and the ACC. In meeting its partnership obligation to the ACC, ND enabled Miami to achieve said contention. For the ACC to benefit from the scheduling arrangement and then summarily trash the enabling partner is not smart. When the ACC grant of rights expires and ND seeks greener pastures, even if it means giving up independence, which is much more palatable now that comferences have followed ND’s lead and have gone national, I believe the ACC will regret its behavior this week. Without ND and the others who are surely to bail - FSU, Clemson, others - the ACC will cease to be a “power” conference.

The United States is not a Christian nation. In fact, Jefferson, Franklin and Madison were NOT Christian. The Treaty of Tripoli specifically states “the Government of the United States is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion.” The United States is legally a SECULAR Republic. Yes, lots of Christians live here, but the U.S. is welcoming to all religions and to those without religion. If everyone suddenly abandoned Christian religions it wouldn’t have an impact on the values of this nation. For some reason this is hard for some to grasp. Probably the same group who wants to ban burning the U.S. flag and other forms of free speech.
