There was a 10-minute delay during Benfica v Real Madrid after Vinicius Jr reported to the referee that he had been a victim of racist abuse. Vinicius scored the opener and celebrated in front of Benfica's fans, before words were shared between both sets of players on the pitch. The Brazilian, unhappy with something said to him, left the pitch and sat in the Real Madrid dugout, refusing to play. Minutes later, Vinicius returned to the pitch and play continued.
