Airlines really don't get social media. What's the point of responding to Cate several hours after the information would be useful to her? Even then, the response isn't particularly useful. A handful of airlines, mostly in the US are a lot better than this, but most are shit!

@JSS779 To be fair I just said what ever was first out of cart ! only a Palma- LHR and the Club Europe crew were a little too generous. i managed 3 out of the 4 but it was perfectly acceptable red for the two hour flight !

@JSS779 @ABZ_Airport Ah nice! Hope she also had a good night stop up in ABZ. It is a dedicated BA and partners lounge so if Gold or GGL you can access even if flying Loganair for example. Very handy. My mum uses it to have her last buttery before heading home to Belgium 🤣
