@WineOnTheDime There are very few of us doing Pinot Meunière single clone sparkling-a handful in Champagne and a handful in California. Check out our 2021 Pinot Meunièr. It’s in the nouveau style-carbonic maceration. Fun and quaffable! Great warm weather wine and also goes well w/turkey
