@MEXC let user deposit without any warning > restrict the deposit funds > ask for sensitive personal documents > ask to film yourself.
All this for refunding the deposit to source.
Be aware any using Mexc , they can freeze your money whenever they want without any warning. ❌

this is not for withdrawing but for refunding the failed deposit of non kyc.

@MEXC @MEXC_CST I made a deposit on mexc but it didn't credited to my account because I was a non-KYC user. I want the deposit to be sent back to original source without any delay or providing any docs. I'll not use my deposit for any services on mexc.

@MEXC stealing funds from its clients is disgusting. You can't withdraw funds without KYC. They didn't give clients any notice prior to the policy change. You can apply for a withdrawal appeal but guess what it requires you to KYC and even send a video of yourself.

@ashabetho @MEXC @MEXC_CST @MEXC should have warned me about this before accepting my deposit, i would never give my personal sensitivity information just to deposit my money.
@MEXC_CST should give option to refund the fund without verification as I'll not use the deposit funds for their service's.

@RoganEth @MEXC @MEXC_CST KYC requirements including facial verification for large deposit refunds are standard AML compliance across every regulated financial platform & the terms around verification thresholds are outlined before account creation.
This happens across boards, not just MEXC.
