Just contact their online support through the in-app chat or website, they’ll be able to sort it out.

@LiusoTooNasty @MEXC same happened with me i did a deposit and now i have to complete KYC and if i don't want to do kyc , i still have to send my official gov ID and video of myself.

@MEXC stealing funds from its clients is disgusting. You can't withdraw funds without KYC. They didn't give clients any notice prior to the policy change. You can apply for a withdrawal appeal but guess what it requires you to KYC and even send a video of yourself. Disgusting!!!
