After waiting much longer than expected, she texted to check in and was told: “we’re currently closed.” This really needs serious improvement. Customers should be able to rely on the operating hours displayed on your platforms, with clearer communication when orders can’t be fulfilled. Ooh don’t bother replying with the usual “sorry for any inconvenience caused, kindly share your contact…” response. ~ From a concerned citizen
