Here is Museveni's cold-blooded henchman, Thomas Tayebwa, reading to dictator Museveni three people who have never been @NUP_Ug candidates! They know how desperate he is to buy all our candidates and have now started extorting money from him using ghost candidates. Assuming they told him that they are paying 400 million to each of the three, that's 1.2 billion! Tax payers' money which should be fixing schools, roads, and hospitals. Taking advantage of his old age and a corrupt mind, they parade fake candidates to him because they know the moment he hears NUP, he releases money to pay them off. We've been told that even the real candidates who sell out, the criminals involved normally deduct some 'commission' off the bribes Museveni pays them. Our taxes being handled mafia-style - thief stealing from the chief thief. A whole Deputy Speaker of Parliament involved in this kind of fraud! UGANDA WILL BE FREE. #FreeUgandaNow

VIDEO: President Museveni has revealed plans by Chinese investors to construct an international airport in Mbarara City, comparable to Entebbe International Airport.

When I received a notification that my National ID was ready, I decided to collect it at @NIRA_Ug headquarters today. The new ID looks much better compared to the old one. I hope everyone who has received it agrees with me. I commend NIRA for the great work it is doing to deliver IDs quickly. However, I encourage them to set up collection centres at the nearest possible locations within communities especially parish level. This will help reduce the costs and inconvenience people face when traveling long distances to pick up their IDs, which often discourages them. I would like to encourage all Ugandans to collect your IDs because an ID is a gateway to accessing government services. The Executive Director informed me that about 13 million children have not yet been registered. Dear parents, spare time to take your children for registration. In the coming years, without an ID, it will be difficult access government services.
