An update: Since nobody from @Walmart ever took the time to explain what was going on, I canceled my pre-order. I ordered it from @amazon and it's arriving tomorrow, now. 🤷🏼‍♂️ I really didn't want to do that, but 2 weeks was plenty of time for someone to reach out.
