@BierNutsUK Ordered a case of beer on 27th November for Express Next Day Delivery - Not a CHRISTMAS CASE, still no confirmation it has been shipped and emailed twice and no response. Customer service is appalling.
@DFSCare Hi Reyhan, if you look at the attached image above you'll see that you tried to help us before and nothing happened. If you can get help internally, how are the customers supposed to get help?
@dfs@DFSCare Well we're another month down the line, guess what, still haven't completed our order. What an absolute shower of a company. 5 months in total and still not completed the order.
Apparently the missing parts of the order was due originally due November 2019, then 31st January, now 12th February. This must be the world's most complex stool to make.
