This seems to be a problem with Android phones.
1. Uninstall NFL OnePass on your phone
2. Install Firefox browser on your phone
3. Disable Chrome browser
4. Uninstall any other browsers on phone like Edge or Samsung Internet

6. Install NFL OnePass
7. Go to UK and access tickets through the eticket login
8. This will use Firefox and you should be able to see tickets
9. Download them to your wallet

Found the information regarding using the OnePass app to access tickets.
Transferring tickets seems like a right hassle. Remember the days when you just gave the person a ticket, job done.

@NFLUKIRE yet again multimillion dollar business @NFL has a useless app. In a repeat of the gamepass debacle a few years ago we now need the onepass app to download tickets for Sunday but it freezes whenever I click access tickets
