@schwarzstefan96 @KymIllman I was attending F1 races since 2007, and I've stopped in 2021 because of that. Then I went last year to #WEC Spa 6h and discovered that this is a series for the fans! For 90€ I got more then I could imagine. Same this year at Imola 6h. F1 lost me as an on-track fan for good...

But this one takes the cake. General Admission fans found themselves a spot on the start-finish straight throughout the weekend, but come one hour prior to the race, the organisers blocked their view with black mesh as they watched on helpless, despite being at the spot for hours. Work needs to be done to ensure next year's event is not a disaster for fans at the track. #CanadianGP #F1

@w_czyzewski @schwarzstefan96 @KymIllman Maybe WEC is still fine but I’m going to the 24H of Le Mans since 20 years now and the WEC is following the same way… less and less access, you need to pay for every good place, have to be there hours before the race if you want good spot, food and drinks too expensive…
