@thegrugq Nothing to really worry about, cryptanalysis-wise. Incrementing nonces is totally ok, and tbh forward secrecy isnt a big deal, for the reasons you point out. (Unlike the report suggests, nothing wrong with deterministic IVs, as long as they're unique.)
