@RoyalMailHelp I have a RM24 signed for parcel that was a missed delivery and sent to local sorting office for collection. Customer collected a week ago but still shows that it’s not been collected???

@RoyalMailHelp some issues with parcel delivery in Milton Keynes? 2 parcels pending,“we were unable to deliver this today”. Spoke to delivery office, they’re not sure where the parcel is! I have another that says due today - still at regional sorting centre according to tracking!

@RoyalMailHelp being on hold for 50 minutes for an advisor then being hung up on is fun. package arrived in the UK on the 9th, "missed delivery" (without a missed you card) on the 10th, rearranged delivery TWICE and it's still not here.

The postal service is broken @RoyalMail special delivery now two days later and still not delivered. Tried to call customer services to be told there is a 60 minute wait. What an embarrassment of a service.
